(formerly known as JEPL – ABM Division) is a part of the Jasubhai Group.
We were established in 1995 to partner with and service industries that need highly precision
machined components and composite assemblies with adherence to best in class quality standards
and reliability.
We are an AS9100C & ISO 9001:2008 certified to cater to the requirement of Aerospace,
Energy & Engineering Industry Applications. We have the experience of working with a variety of
special alloy raw materials and casting processes like Sand, Investment, Pressure and Die casting
components. Our manufacturing facility is located in Vatva, Ahmedabad. We have worked with a
variety of raw materials including Stainless steel, Inconel, Titanium, Brass, Copper, Aluminium alloys
and Alloy/Special grade steel. With our experience of over 20 years, we have developed a network
of partners for a variety of casting and special surface treatment processes that positions us as a one
stop shop for clients across industries.
We have the latest state of the art machinery that allows us to manage precision levels within the
accuracy of low single digit microns. With our current capabilities we are well positioned as a vendor
for small and medium size precision components measuring ø10 mm to ø800 mm (in diameter) and
from 20 mm to 1000 mm in length.
We have had a history of working with multinational clients and have undergone several facility and
system audits. Our clients are located in India, USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, South Africa.
We adhere to a variety of international standards like ASTM / AISI / SAE / MIL / NACE, DIN, BS, IS etc.
We are a committed long term player in this segment and willing to invest resources to support our
clients and further the “Make in India” initiative.
Incorporated in 1966, the Jasubhai Group has a 50+ year operating history across engineering,
media and precision manufacturing. The group has established presence in India and UAE. It is
headquartered in Mumbai with manufacturing facilities in Vatva, Ahmedabad and Jebel Ali,
Dubai. The group and its engineering business in particular has significant experience of working
with multinational partners and clients – prior JVs with Fisher Rosemount (1981) for process
implementation and plant automation, with Richard Simon (1990) for material handling systems and
Credfeld (1990) for industrial burner systems. The group employs over 300 personnel including in
over 10 locations in India and UAE.
The group pioneered the creation of industry leading business interaction platforms through
CHEMTECH which is into its 4th decade of operations. The group’s foundation is laid on strong
value systems and social responsibility both of which are fulfilled through the Jasubhai Foundation –
a charitable initiative by the Group that is engaged in work across the country.
