Overview:

A critical aerospace rotor component with OD 5.275″, ID 0.6186″, and thickness 1.264″, made from CRSS 17-4PH AMS 5342, was successfully manufactured despite complex challenges. The component featured 37 blades machined at different angles, with tight tolerances of ID ±0.00025″ and flatness within 0.0005″ on both faces. Using multi-step machining strategies, specialized tooling, and in-house CMM inspection, zero-defect quality was achieved, ensuring full compliance with stringent aerospace standards.

Overview:

A precision component measuring 11.25″ × 5.50″ × 0.125″, made from 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, was manufactured with extremely tight tolerances. Machined from a raw size of 0.98″ down to 0.125″ without bending, it required Spigot OD accuracy of 4.4485″ ±0.0005″ with a wall thickness of just 0.06″, while maintaining parallelism within 0.003″. Multi-stage machining, custom edge operations, micro boring tools, and specialized fixtures ensured zero deformation and precise measurements, delivering flawless quality compliant with stringent aerospace standards.

Overview:

A large-scale aerospace structure measuring 84.1″ × 84.1″ × 50.9″, made from Aluminum 6061 T651, was manufactured with extremely tight geometric and positional tolerances ranging from 0.0005 mm to 0.050 mm. Advanced machining sequences and in-process verification techniques ensured precision across large diameters and intricate features, delivering the component on schedule and demonstrating expertise in large-part aerospace machining.

Overview:

A precision component measuring Ø180.4 mm × 67 mm, made from UNS S66086, was manufactured with strict wall thickness of 2.45 mm. Twenty identical slots were machined with uniform profile and spacing, maintaining critical dimensional accuracy. Precision fixturing, controlled machining, and CMM verification ensured consistent geometry and zero rejection, highlighting expertise in high-quality aerospace component manufacturing.
